When a Resident has begun an exam but was not able to complete it because they forgot to anwers one question. You have the option to forcing complete the exam on their behalf. To do this, follow the next steps we provide an image to show the steps below.
- Go to https://cortex.acr.org/Cortex/
- Enter the "Activity designer"
- Choose the "Faculty Module" tab
- Enter the Exam under Activity
- Check the "In Progress" option
- Under "User Name" enter the Resident last name or first name.
- Click search to show results.
- When you find the resident exam in the list, click on the status bar
- The following pop-up will show, at the bottom there is a dropdown list. All you need to do is to change the status from "In Progress" to "Complete". Then Click on save.
- Lastly, a confirmation message will prompt to make sure you want to make the changes. Click on OK.
Once you click on "OK" on the confirmation message you will see the status of the exam is now "Complete"
